Path Forward is a boutique woman-owned consulting company located in southern New Hampshire, supporting New England tech companies. Alongside a small group of carefully selected consultants and partners, the company mission is to accelerate companies on their path to success via effective People and talent strategies.
Path Forward is named for the belief that no matter how difficult a challenge may be, focusing on the path forward is the fastest route to success.

Founder Jaclyn Jussif has spent 18+ years supporting HR strategies for tech companies ranging from startups to billion dollar organizations. With experience in top tier companies such as MathWorks, Alphabet and edX/MIT, an MS in Organizational Leadership and many years coaching leaders, she is uniquely experienced to enable company growth through people. She finds joy in helping companies succeed and supporting professional growth, and deeply understands the inextricable link between those concepts.
Post pandemic, tech companies have shifted to hiring intentionally and investing in their talent more strategically. She recognized the struggle of companies trying to balance their HR investment with maintaining a high performing team, engaging environment and smooth HR operations. This venture was launched as a flexible, strategic option for companies to set direction, address critical gaps, accelerate success, and to find their path forward.
Jaclyn is a mom, small business owner and skis the east whenever possible.
