With an MS in Organizational Leadership, a pending CEC certification and many years coaching leaders, she is uniquely experienced to accelerate professional growth.
Clients can expect confidentiality, active listening and a genuine understanding that career growth is both personal and professional. While guidance and observations will be shared, the coaching relationship is designed for you to realize your maximum potential and chart your own path forward.

Coaching is best provided on a structured schedule, but on-demand sessions for established clients are also available. For larger coaching projects, partner Coaches will be utilized.
